Sugar Hill Building and Design (SHBD) has been in business 10 years, helping people create and customize homes to their specific needs. Our first years ere spent in building custome homes in our community. SHBD then developed an expertise as a design build remodeling company, providing customized solutions to our customers' remodeling and renovation needs. Over the past 10 years SHBD has consistently focused on providing high quality work to it's customers, doing the right job for the right price on time. Our goal remains 100% customer satisfaction.

Sugar Hill Building and Design is owned by Mike Finke. Mike has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Architectural Engineering. Mike is a member of the National Assoication of Homebuilders and is a Certified Graduate Builder (CGB). Mike is also a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS), with expertise in remodeling the homes of older people to allow them to stay in their own home as their needs change.

In addition to being members in good standing with the National Assoication of Homebuilders and the Home Builder's Assocation of Hartford County, Sugar Hill Building and Design is a member of the Certified Contractor's Network, a "best practices" organization.
